Setup - Dialler (DXI) Agents
 
Create DXI Dialler Agent Users.  Once created, the DXI Dialler Agent User must be linked to the Call Scripter User before the agent can log onto the dialler for the first time.

Select/Create Record

Choose New or Update to view the items listed below.  See (DXI) Dialler Manager for more information on these options.

Agent Name

Enter the Agent name as it will appear in reports.

Hold Music

Choose from available radio stations.

Suppression Status

4. Suppression Status
You cannot delete a DXI Dialler Agent User Account, only suppress or hide it from the lists.

Upload Record to DXI Dialler

5. Upload Record to DXI Dialler
When the new record details have been completed, the record must be uploaded to the DXI Dialler Platform.
