User Preferences

In the user Preferences section, the agent can:

Choose a language other than the system default language. This setting will not translate scripts, but will translate the CallScripter user interface. To translate Scripts into multiple languages, please see Multi Language Scripting

Available languages include:
English (UK)
German
Spanish
French
Hungarian
Dutch
Russian
Ukranian

Set the time zone in which they work. This can also be set in System Administrator --> User Manager

Reset their password if they know their current one. If the agent does not know their password, a system administrator can reset it for them in the User Manager.

if the agent is handling DXI dialler calls using the optional DXI Dialler Integration, they can link their CallScripter User account with a DXI Dialler Agent ID. This is a one-off action and does not need to be repeated once it has been set up. This option will not show if this module is not installed on your system.
