Invoice Logo
The Invoice logo is set up in the Global Billing Options. It must be available on the web as it it specified by adding a URL.

Call Centre Details
When setting up your Global Billing options, you must enter at least one entry in the Global Billing Options - Edit Call Centre Data. If your organisation operates under more than one name, you can then specify which customers will be billed using which contact centre details.

Customer Name and Address
The customer name and address will appear as it does in the Script Editor and Call Manager. See Customers and Scripts.
