Example Invoice PDF

Invoice PDFs can be made individually in View/Edit Invoices, or in bulk using the Bulk Generate Invoice PDFs option.  The content and layout of the invoice is determined by the settings and graphics specified in Global Billing Options - Edit CallCentre Data.

The Invoice logo is set up in the Global Billing Options.  It must be available on the web as it it specified by adding a URL.

When setting up your Global Billing options, you must enter at least one entry in the Global Billing Options - Edit Call Centre Data.  If your organisation operates under more than one name, you can then specify which customers will be billed using which contact centre details.
