DXI Legacy

CallScripter is integrated with the DXI dialler to provide a unified dialler and scripting tool.  The two systems are separate platforms, sitting on separate servers in separate locations.  As such, there are two locations to manage the data in.  The campaign requirements and call lists are set up in both CallScripter and on the dialler via the Dialler Manager.  These elements are then linked together and the dialler outcomes made available to the script using special Dialler Controls.
 
As from Version 4.5.26+ all DXI functionality is removed from CallScripter, and is accessed directly from the DXI software provided by DXI EasyCall.

Once you have set up your campaign, DXI Dialler reports can be obtained from within the Outbound Manager, and Management Information modules.
