Chargeable

Chargeable
 
Chargeable controls provide a Yes/No dropdown list and are linked in with the Call Manager, Reporting and Billing and Invoicing Modules. Ordinarily, it will be placed on the Wrap-up page in an Inbound script.  Outbound scripts are usually chargeable by their very nature and so a chargeable control may not be required.    The default Wrap Up page  contains a chargeable control with a default value of "Yes". 
 
Only calls with the chargeable control set to "YES" will appear in the call manager for use with the Alerter.
 
The Chargeable Control is automatically updated by the values set in the Inbound Outcome Control, e.g., if an agent selects an outcome of "Sale", this outcome can be associated with a chargeable value of "Yes", which will set the Yes/No value of the chargeable control automatically.
 
To Bill on Events only, you do NOT need to use a chargeable control.

Field Name

Give your field an appropriate name.  This is particularly important if using it in a calculation or report.  Changing a field name will not automatically update corresponding reports that use that field.
