Agent Desktop - Launch

1. Agent Desktop - Launch
Launches the Agent Desktop displaying scripts and scheduled calls for the currently logged on agent.  Note that there are two versions of the agent desktop.  On the release of CallScripter v 4.5.26, a new agent desktop was introduced incorporating the Communication Toolbar.  There are a number of factors that denote which version of the desktop you will use in your environment.  Please contact the Support Desk for further information.
