Task Management - Complete Task
 
When an agent launches a task from the Task Management Control in a Task Management Script, the id for that task is passed to the task management script in a variable (var_csMQID).  Each set of tasks entered will have a different id, but will share a reference where more than one is inserted using the Insert Task control.
 
The Task Management - Complete Task control can be put in the appropriate location to enable the agent to mark the current task, and if required, all related tasks sharing the same reference, as complete.

Field Name

Give your field an appropriate name.  This is particularly important if using it in a calculation or report.  Changing a field name will not automatically update corresponding reports that use that field.

Displays the current field name and pages on which it is used.  The Field Information button gives further information including links to the pages that the field is used on and details of any reports in which it is used.

Complete Reference

Checking this box will complete all tasks with the same reference of the current task.

Drop down

On some occasions you may wish to have a button click itself after a period of time.  The available options are: Immediatley or after 1, 2, 3, 5 or 10 seconds.

Enter the text for the control as you wish it appear to the agent.
