Whilst viewing the Manage Scripts tab, the user can Add, Edit and Delete Sticky Notes.  They can also Edit and delete the content of list items including dropdown lists, Radio buttons and multi-select lists.

Click the Manage Scripts tab to view the features detailed below:

Script Versions

2. Script Versions
A list of all versions of the current script is shown in this list.  Select a version of the script to view and edit sticky notes and list controls associated with the selected script version.

Script Activity

3. Script Activity
The Script Activity pane shows all user activity associated with all versions of the currently selected script, along with the date and time and Agent or user who carried out the activity.  This panel does NOT show administrator or script editor activity.  Information on script editor changes can be viewed in the  Script Editor.

Manage Sticky Notes

4. Manage Sticky Notes
Sticky notes are a means of giving a supervisor who does not have script editing permissions, the means of adding an important message to a script.  The note can be added to any version of the script, even a live version.
 
They look like this:
Sticky Notes can also be edited and moved in the Script Editor.
 
To add or edit a Sticky Note
  • Choose the version of the script you wish to add it to from the list on the left.
  • Click the Sticky Notes button. 
  • Click on New
  • Choose the page that you want the note to appear on and click on Save.
 
Notes can also be edited and deleted here.

Manage Lists

 
Lists are fields where the user can select one or more of a pre-set list of items as specified by the script writer.  These include:
 
  • Check Box -Multi
  • List Box
  • Radio Button - Multi
 
Again, this is script version specific.  you need to choose the version of the script  that you will be editing from the list on the left, then click the Lists button.  This will display all editable lists for the chosen script version. Click the Edit button next to the list you wish to edit.  You will then be able to:
 
  • Edit existing list entries
  • Re-order list entries
  • Add new list entries
  • Delete list entries
