Campaign Management

The Campaign Management module provides access to the following icons:
 
Call Manager:                  to allow team leaders or managers visibility of the call data collected, with an option (depending in the campaign set up) to search for any record, quality check and edit the data if necessary
Outbound Manager:     to allow non-dialer customers to create campaigns, upload call lists and manage the behaviour of record(s)
 
Before you can create an outbound campaign, you must have created an outbound script for use with that campaign.
 
Additional Icons may be shown where a specific integration for outbound dialler campaign management has been applied.  See CallScripter Options and Features for information for information on integrations.

Call Manager

1. Call Manager
Call Manager enables supervisors to search for, view and edit all calls.  It also gives some minimal script adjustment functions.

Data Importer/Exporter

2. Data Importer/Exporter
Data Importer/Exporter enables the export and import of script data from one instance of CallScripter to another.

The outbound manager contains tools for managing all aspects of non-dialler outbound campaigns including call lists and outcomes.
