Legacy Control - Sticky Notes
 
Sticky notes were  a means of quickly adding a script relevant message to Agents,  ordinarily added by a supervisor who does not have script editing permissions, but who has access to the Call Manager.
 
The position of a sticky note on the page can be altered in the script editor.  Otherwise, sticky notes will appear at the top of the script page to which they are added.
