Reschedule Time

Reschedule Time
This control can be used when handling outbound outcomes in script, bypassing the standard outbound page in the Agent Desktop for an outbound campaign.  It gives the agent a calendar picker control from which they can pick the reschedule time.  Also see the  Reschedule Date control.

Field Name

Give your field an appropriate name.  This is particularly important if using it in a calculation or report.  Changing a field name will not automatically update corresponding reports that use that field.
