When you first click the Customer Billing Options icon on the main Billing and Invoicing screen, you will see a panel showing active and disabled customers. Active customers are those for whom billing rates have already been set up, inactive customers can be activated by setting up customer billing rates.
Choose a customer, then click next. Once you have completed the set up process for a customer, it will appear in the Active Customers list.
