CTI - Outcome and Callback
 
The CTI Outcome and Callback control displays multiple outcomes, and provides a function to schedule a call back, feeding the relevent data back into the Communication Provider's system using the CallScripter Communication Toolbar.  This control is usually placed on the Wrap Page of the script to handle outcomes and rescheduling.

Field Name

Give your field an appropriate name.  This is particularly important if using it in a calculation or report.  Changing a field name will not automatically update corresponding reports that use that field.

Sets the format of the date when the reschedule option is displayed to the agent.

The 'Complete' option determines whether reschedule options will be presented, if the complete box is not ticked, the agent will have the option to reschedule the record:
 
The reschedule information will be fed back into the Communication Provider and will update the current record.
