Add and Deleting Scripts
To create a script, double click on the appropriate customer in the customer list, then click on the Add button at the foot of the list of scripts for that customer.
Enter an appropriate name for the script. For Inbound calls, this will be the name the script appears under in the agent desktop. Outbound scripts appear under the name of the Campaign they are associated with. When finished, click OK. your script will then appear in the script list. A single click will show the attributes of the script, a double click will take you into the script to create and edit script versions.
Now that you have created a customer and a script, you can start adding pages and controls to your script.
Scripts can be deleted by selecting the script name, and then clicking the Delete button. Scripts with incomplete script runs cannot be deleted.
