The Agent Desktop (Version 4.5.26+) provides users with additional functionality to tailor both the Agent Toolbar and the panels shown at the top and bottom of the screen.  These are highlighted in red  in the screenshot below:

 

 

 

The Toolbar Buttons control allows users to change the buttons displayed to an agent to assist them with navigating through the script:

 

 

 

The Toolbar Labels Add and Remove controls allow users to configure pieces of information shown in the panels across the top and/or bottom of the screen.  These can appear on every page or just specific pages, and can be either hard coded to display the same data, or dynamic by using variables.
