Stats Tabs

The Your Stats tab displays the Agent's performance graphically for each type of call: inbound, outbound, non-calling, etc, with more detailed information shown below.  This chart cannot be edited.
 
 
The CallCentre Stats tab shows the same information as the individual Agent's view shown above, but for all active agents. For this functionality to work, the Report Scheduler service must be running. It is this service that populates the CallCentre stats.
