The CallScripter database and any custom CallScripter databases (if present) will need regular backing up as per any other MS SQL database. Custom databases will be created by CallScripter and will have the same name as the main application database with "_custom" appended to them.
We recommend that Production systems are run in Full transaction logging mode with Dev and Testing systems run in Simple transaction logging mode. The method and frequency varies on business need and resources as does the requirement of storing backups off server/SAN/site.
