Script Version Scheduler

Available Version 4.5.17+
The script version pre-scheduler allows you to make changes to a script based on time.  If for example, a product offer changes over night, a new version of an existing script can be made with the appropriate changes, then scheduled to go live at a time and date of your choosing.
 
The pre-scheduler is available from two locations in the application.  From the Script itself, within the script editor, and from the main Script Editor menu.
 
Script Version Scheduler

Script Name

1. Script Name
The name of the script for which you are scheduling versions to go live.

Select Script Version

2. Select Script Version
Select the version of the script to which you want the schedule to apply.  Note that script version numbers are arbitrary.  If version 1 of a script is deleted, version 2 will become version 2, version 3 will become version 2, and so on.

Set Schedule

Set the date and time you wish the script to go live.  You must select a date and time in the future.

Add to Schedule

Click to add the schedule.  You cannot edit it once it has been added, only delete it.

Schedule Panel

Displays a list of existing schedules, the user that created them, and the date and time they were created.

Click the bin icon to remove a selected schedule.
