Running Inbound Reports

Running Inbound Reports
 
Unlike Outbound reports, inbound reports only have one record for each call, therefore reporting on inbound scripts is much simpler:

Search/Select Report

Search for and/or select the report relating to the currently selected script.

Chargeable

Here you can choose:
  • Yes
  • No
  • Both
 
If changed from report default, the option you choose here will override the setting applied in Report Options when the report was created.  See Tab: Report Options - Dealth With and Chargeable

Select Date Range

Select the date range for which you wish to return data

Click to Run the report.
