The items entered here relate to the currently selected product only.  Do not enter product postage information if you are also adding postage to the entire order.

 

If the same product is available in a number of different options, e.g., colour, size, volume, then these variations can be specified in the Options panel.

 

Enter an item for each postage option that applies to the currently selected product.  Click the add button.  Product postage options can be deleted by clicking on the red cross adjacent to the item displayed in the lower panel.

 

 

 To edit an existing product option, click on the link in the lower panel.  When you have finished editing the selected item, click on the save icon:

 

 

If a product is available in different sizes, colours, or other variations, these can be added using the product options dialogue box.

 

Variations can be either added as a dropdown list, or as a text box:

 

 

Text box type options have a minimum and maximum number of characters that can be added when the product is added to the basket by the agent, during a script run.  choosing Select List from the Type option when adding an option will first prompt you to add a name for the Select List, then add entries into the select list:

 

1.  Add a name for your Select List:

 

 

2.  When the name has been added, you can then add option details for to include in the select list:

 

 

3.  Click Add to add another item, then when you've added all options, click Back to Options to return to the main product administration screen.
