Product Name

1. Product Name
Enter the name of the product as you wish it to appear in the Script.  Product Names can be used to order the products by when they are returned to the Shopping Basket Control within the script.

Product Code

2. Product Code
A product code must be entered and must be unique.  Product Codes can be used to order the products by when they are returned to the Shopping Basket Control within the script.

Product Cost

3. Product Cost
Enter the cost  that the caller will pay for the product.  Product Cost can be used to order the products by when they are returned to the Shopping Basket Control within the script.

Image URL

4. Image URL
To display an image of the product, enter the URL of an image available on the web, or accessible by CallScripter and its users.

Pick an instalment plan if appropriate.

Product Description

6. Product Description
Enter a description of the product as you wish it to appear in the script.

Valid From and To

7. Valid From and To
If products are only available for a set period, enter the start and end dates here.  Once the dates have passed, the product will no longer be available to agents running the script.

Group

8. Group
All products must belong to a group.  If you type the name of an existing group, the product will become an item within that group.  When configuring the Shopping Basket Control within the script, you can choose which groups to display.

Display Postage

9. Display Postage
Choose whether to display postage for an individual product.  Postage can also be added as a product to add to multi-product orders.

Product Type

Standard, full-price products should be marked as "none".
 
Upsells and Downsells can either be displayed in a list, or looped through one by one:
 
 
Marking a product as an upsell or downsell adds it to the available upsells panel for all other products associated with the current script.  The upsell can then be associated with a "parent" product.

Specify current stock levels, or adjust stock if editing an existing product.

Enter any further information that the the agent may find useful when dealing with the product.
