Product Administration - Additional Information

Notes and Tags may be added here. Any notes added in this section are only  visible for script builder use and are not visible from the shopping basket. Tags are snippets of information that can be added and viewed by the agent - to notify when a new stock delivery is due for example.

These notes only appear in the product administration module and are not visible in the shopping basket. They enable the script writer to add any product related notes they feel are relevant or may be useful.

Enter a descriptive name for the tag.

Enter further details to be shown to the agent.

This dropdown is now redundant - the selection is ignored.

Tick this option to display the tag to the agent.

Click to add the tag to the product.
 
To edit an existing tag, click on the link in the lower panel.  When you have finished editing the selected item, click on the save icon:
