Non-Calling Scripts

Non-calling scripts can be used to provide a data entry facility for agents to utilise in between taking calls, or simply where you need to get data into call scripter in a pre-defined format.
 
Non-calling scripts are created in the same way as inbound scripts.  If you wish to bill a client for the number of records entered, or just want to use the Call Manager to give supervisors a view of the data entered, you will need to include a chargeable control and an  Outcome Control.
