Management - Dialler (DXI) Assignments
There are several ways to assign agents to dialler queues.
In this view, all enabled inbound and outbound are shown against all active (not suppressed) agents. Check Agent Name to assign to queue.
You can also assign agents to a particular dialler queue by going to
Dialler Overview --> Queues --> Assignments Button
