Data Breakdown Report

Select an Email Script
All Agents, selected agents, or groups of agents
Select a date range
Choose fields to display summarised data for
View the data in tabular and graphical form,
Export the data if required.

Click the "...More" link for a breakdown by each agent:

Email Agent Summary Report

Emails processed per agent for any single day in simple list form.
