The Call Outcome Code - List control is for use in outbound campaigns where the outcomes are set in the Outbound Manager section of the Campaign Management Screen.  The outcomes set up in the Outbound manager and associated with this script via a campaign will automatically populate the control at runtime.  Please note that this control is no longer part of the standard product, and is only available on request.  Most script builders now chose to set the outcome on the Outbound Summary page presented after a script closes.
