This checklist details the standard required actions that need to be completed on the IIS & SQL servers to prepare them for an Initial CallScripter Instance Install. Exact requirements do vary between CallScripter versions. Full details regarding these elements can be found in the Server Requirements section of the User Guide.

Web (IIS) Server
IIS
Windows Server Role to run Websites.
IIS Features
The IIS Features are used by the core CallScripter Product.
Permission to install additional IIS features
The configuration of CallScripter dictates which additional IIS features are required.
.Net2, .Net3.5 (SP1), .Net4
CallScripter is a .Net application.
SQL Server
Approved SQL Edition & Version
See SQL section of the User Guide for supported versions and editions.
SSRS Reporting
Management Information SSRS Reports are provided as part of CallScripter.
SQL Profiling
This is an optional SQL element that is useful in certain support incidents. Not mandatory and often not available for security reasons.
Server Access
File Download
We will need access to download CallScripter installation files or for these files to be deposited on the servers on our behalf.
CallScripter Support Account
Used by CallScripter staff to access your web and SQL database to support the application and for installation. This is variable depending on your situation.
