Column one shows Agent, Call List, Campaign, Customer and other primary columns depending on the report. Each of the rows in the report can be left clicked on to pop up drill down items for that particular row.
At the foot of the dialler report detail pane, you will see options to further filter your report results by:
Campaign
Queue
Agent
Outcome
You can also use this pane to search for a specific record by URN (unique record number) or phone number. If searching by phone number, do not include any spaces or nonnumeric characters.
Once you have the data set you require, you can download the results to Excel for further manipulation or archiving.
If you cannot find what you are looking for in the dialler report, click on the reset button and try again. The filters in this pane can also be set by the selections you make in the drilldown selector.
