Customers and Scripts

Scripts belong to customers - providing a method of grouping scripts together.  The customer is usually the organisation who is paying the contact centre for their call handling services, whether inbound or outbound, and can have many scripts associated with it.   Customers can also be thought of as folders in which different scripts can be stored.
 
 
Customers are intrinsically linked to the optional CallScripter Billing  and Invoicing module.
