Bulk Lock Invoices

 

Once you are happy with the content of the invoices for the current billing run, you can lock them one by one in View/Edit Invoices, or on mass here.  Check each invoice to lock and click Update.

 

Note, that there is a configuration difference on some systems which requires you to lock invoices before PDFs can be generated.  See Billing Flow Chart for further information.
