The following flow chart describes the interaction between the three elements which result in the generation of an invoice:
*Configuration - Whether you have to lock/post invoices before being able to generate PDF files is dependent on a configuration setting in your instance of CallScripter. By default, this is set to force the user to lock/post invoices before they are able to generate PDFs.
