The Automatic Version feature reduces the number of script versions visible to users. This is particularly useful when the script has accumulated many different versions over time, and the version list requires constant scrolling up and down. The number of versions selected will keep the latest number of scripts, plus the live version, along with any other script versions scheduled to be set live.
This function sits within the Script Editor, under the Script List. Once the Enabled box is ticked the Maximum Version Age and Minimum Versions to Keep options appear.
The Version Cleanup requires the CallScripter Framework service being installed on the CallScripter server. The configuration for the automatic clean up is contained within the service config file.
