The Application Settings icon within the System Manager allows management of various applications and settings within CallScripter (for example, billing, SMS functionality, agent desktop settings, etc), as well as setting global Integration Provider functionality.
The Application settings section is self documenting, each entry has descriptions of the features which may be configured within it.
