The Toolbar Provider Admin allows users with System Manager (system admin)  access to configure each integration on a per user/machine basis (for example, how quickly a specific user should answer a call). 
 
Once the Application Settings have been determined a list of available CTI (computer telephony integration) providers will appear in the list:
 
 
Double click on a provider name.  A list of available users or machine names (depending on what option has been set up in the Application Settings module, and whether agents hot-desk, or need to be linked to a specific machine(computer))  will appear in a list on the left side.  Machines can be added/removed by using the appropriate buttons.   Users will automatically appear in a drop down list:
 
 
The options for each user/machine vary upon the specific Communication Toolbar integration:

Auth Type:
Connect to CIC via windows auth or username and password.
CalledIdAttributeName:
Which property to use for DNSI/DDI.
CallerIdAttributeName:
Which property to use for ANI/CLI.
InhibitScreenPopAttributeName:
Which property to use to inhibit screen pop when value is 1.
Password:
Which password should be used to connect? Ignore if using Windows authentication.
Pop On Connect:
Tick to pop call on connect. Untick to pop on call offering.
Server:
Which server should the user/machine connect to?
Station Type:
Connect to this computer or workstation.
User ID:
Which user id should be used to connect? Ignore if using Windows authentication.
WorkStation
Which workstation name will be used? Ignore if connecting to this computer.
 
Note that each agent PC will also need to have each provider installed to allow the server to communicate with each PC.  The CTI Installer Tool is available from CallScripter, and allows this process to be carried out using an easy-to-use setup wizard.

When launched the CT Setup Wizard will run through a series of stages, including allowing the user to specify which installer to use. Select each relevant option, and then click Finish when completed.
