Overview

The navigation toolbar helps agents move and access information (for example, frequently asked questions) when in a script.  The navigation toolbar appears in the top left corner of the script window:
 
 
Script builders can determine which buttons appear to the agent by using the Toolbar Buttons control.  Any changes made to hide/deactivate buttons will remain in place throughout the script run.
 
Each button available on the toolbar is displayed in the control attributes:
 
 
There are three options available:
 
  •   Enabled: viewable and enabled
  •   Disabled: viewable and disabled
  •   Hidden: button is hidden from view
 
Simply apply the relevant option to each button, and click onto the Save button.  When the script is run the toolbar will update according to the settings within the Toolbar Buttons control.
 
Labels can also be set to appear in the Agents Toolbar (at the top and the bottom of the screen).  See Toolbar Label Add and Remove for further information:
