Script FAQs

To add FAQs to a script, from the splash screen go to:
 
  • Script Editor
  • Edit Scripts
  • Double click the Customer name
  • Single click to select the script you wish to add FAQs to.
  • Click on the plus sign next to "Administer", then click the FAQs button:
 
 
 
 
 
Enter each question and answer and save the changes.  You will then be able to add further FAQs and delete those that you no longer require.
 
The FAQs will be available to the agent when the specific script is running using a button on the agent toolbar.
 
 
The Customer Details as defined in the Script Editor or Call Manager will appear at the top of the list of FAQs:
