The Reschedule Diary control displays a list of rescheduled calls with their date, time, customer name, who rescheduled the call, who the call is rescheduled to, and the last outcome. 
 
 
This data is picked up from the post-call page displayed after the script has closed:

Field Name

1. Field Name
Give your field an appropriate name.  This is particularly important if using it in a calculation or report.  Changing a field name will not automatically update corresponding reports that use that field.
