Management - Dialler (DXI) Overview

The DXI Dialler Overview page gives drill down access to all campaigns, queues, assignments and the status of each.  The first page shown is the campaign overview, from which you can turn queues on and off, drill down into data by queue or agent.  The structure of the drill down is as follows:
 
  • Campaigns
  • Queues
  • Queue On/Off
  • Assignments On/Off
  • Stats
  • Agents
  • Assignments by Agent
  • Assignments All
 
Each of the items listed above is described in more detail below:
 

DXI Dialler Overview - Campaigns

This view shows you a list of all dialler Campaigns.  Toggle them on and off (enable/disable campaigns)  A green tick shows next to enabled campaigns, a red cross to the disabled campaigns.
 
For each campaign, you can drill down to view the queues  and agent assignments.
 
 

DXI Dialler Overview - Campaigns --> Campaign Queues

Drilling down using the Queues button will show all queues for that campaign.  In the example here, there is only one queue associated with the selected campaign.
 
You will then see the Assignments and Stats buttons
 
 
 

DXI Dialler Overview - Campaigns --> Campaign Queues --> Assignments Button

This view shows all of the active agents and whether they are assigned to the currently selected queue or not.  Use the toggle buttons to assign or remove agents from the current queue.
 
 

DXI Dialler Overview - Campaigns --> Campaign Queues --> Stats Button

This screen shows the dialler outcome statistics for the remaining records in the currently selected queue.  The outcomes are those associated with the DXI Campaign:
 
 

DXI Dialler Overview - Campaigns --> Agents

This list shows a list of all active dialler agents.  Click Assignments to view the agent's status on the currently selected campaign, and Assignments All to view
 
 

Management - Dialler Overview -->Campaign List --> Agents button --> Assignments/All

View the status of the queues to which the selected agent is assigned. Toggle queues on and off and update changes.  Use the Assignments All button to view all queues that the selected agent is assigned to.  Toggle On/Off assignments as required.
