Linking Campaign data to field in the linked Script
This is only needed for ECN!
Once a Campaign and queue has been successfully linked to a script then campaign data can be mapped to script fields.
Navigate into the script that has been linked to the campaign and select a container control (Text Box, Text Area etc.). In here will be a new box called ‘Link Column’.
When clicking the drop down box bellow ‘Link Column’ the user will see a list of the available data fields form the campaign. By select one of these fields a user can map it to the selected container control. When a script is popped on all the mapped fields will be populated with the data from the campaign.
