The Email Manager is used to view data relating to live Email Scripts:
The number of emails received into the monitored mailbox
The number of emails processed, i.e., pasted into a script, or marked as read.
The Time taken to process each email, i.e., the time between the email arriving in the database and it being marked as read
Whether the email was processed within the specified timescale (SLA)
Access the Email Manager from the Campaign Management Screen:
This view shows all active scripts with emails to be processed, the number of emails waiting, the longest waiting time for those emails, and the percentage of emails of those waiting which are still within their SLA.
Click on a script name to view details of the waiting emails:
Clicking an email launches the script in order to process the email.
Email History
Click Email History Button to search for emails within a particular date range, or from a particular address:
Use the Waiting button to return back to the list of scripts with waiting emails.
