In order to link a set up ECN campaign linking in CallScripter a use will need to have completed the following on the ECN Portal under Data Management;
· Created a Queue (under Agent & Queues)
· Created a Campaign (under Database Management)
· Created a Dataset & assigned it to a Queue (Dataset Management)
· In order to present records to CallScripter once the above steps are complete the user will need to add records into the Campaign. This can be done either in Database Management (add single records) or in Import data (multiple records).
