DXI - Application Settings PT2

 
 
Once the system configuration settings have been set, close down the ‘DXI’ section and locate and expand the ‘CallScripter Dxi Easycall Provider’ section.
 
 
In this section there are another 4 settings, two of them will need to be set and the other two can be changed depending on the user requirements.
 
Must be set
 
CallScripter.CTI.Dxi_Service Location – This setting will need to be configured to the Web server that ‘DXI Agent Connector’ has been installed on.
 
CallScripter.CTI.Dxi_Service Port – This setting will need to be set to the ‘Service Listen Port’ set in the ‘DXI Agent Connector’
 
Once this has been completed users will be required to configure each agent in the ‘Toolbar Provider Admin’ Module (Changing the CallScripter.CTI.Dxi_mode will have an impact on agent configuration in the Toolbar Provider Admin module.)
