Default DXI Outcome Codes

  • Outcome ID:               Identifies the outcome code.  This ID will be needed if filtering CallScripter reports by DXI Dialler Outcome Codes.
  • Description:               The name of the outcome as the Agent will see it in the DXI Outcome code control.
  • DMC:                             Decision Maker Contact
  • Sale:                               For reporting purposes, whether or not the call conclusion represents a sale
  • Complete:                   Calls marked with an outcome that  does not mark the call as complete will be rescheduled.
  • Answermachine:      There are two default codes, Answer Machine (Agent)  and Answer Machine (Dialler).  If Answer Machine Detection is turned on as an option on the current queue, then any calls that hit an answer machine as identified by the dialler AMD software will be marked as such.
