Note that the data produced by the Billing Reports will not reconcile with invoice totals. The data in these reports is obtained from all calls and activities for all customers, regardless of whether they have invoicing set up, and regardless of any invoice template assigned to them.

A Profitability Report is also available on request (which will show total charged to customer and total internal cost).
