A system administrator can add links, messages and news feeds Agents can access in between calls.
Links, Corporate Links and Messages appear on the Messages tab, news Feeds appear on the Today's News tab.
To add Links, Corporate Links and News Feeds, click on the New button and give the item a name. Once the new item appears in the corresponding list, click to select it, then click on Edit to set its content.
Messages are typed directly into the Edit Message window. HTML tags can be used to format the message.
